There are three main ways to refer people into the Talent Network: Browse Jobs and Refer: You can review the open jobs at https://redcross.willhire.co/jobs and click on the REFER button to submit your referral’s contact information. The platform will notify your referral and keep you in the loop on when your referral applies and throughout the hiring process. Share and Earn: When you are logged into the platform, under each job listing you will find social media icons for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Clicking on any of these icons will allow you to share the job link to your social network. This link is special to you and the system will track anyone who applies with this link as your referral and keep you in the loop as they apply and throughout the hiring process. Invite Your Network: When you are logged into the platform, you will find “REFERRALS” on the left side menu. Clicking on REFERRALS will give you the option to invite anyone from your network using their email address. You are able to import contacts from your address book in Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other providers easily. After you invite your contacts the platform will keep you in the loop on when your referral applies and throughout the hiring process.
Yes. When your referral gets hired and completes the duration designated in the American Red Cross referral program, you are eligible for a referral bonus. Referral bonuses will be processed by Yoh Services LLC when due. The amount and duration needed depends on the referral program designated by American Red Cross.
